Location:
Rooseveltova No. 42

Description of the Building:
One-storey building on side of a hill, brizolit facade on side of a hill, four-floor rear facade.

Architectural and Historical Development:
In the 16th century, there was a vacant space between the houses No. 33 and No. 42. At that time no residential houses existed, even across Rooseveltova street. House No. 42 was built in about the middle of the 16th century. In the 1930`s the structure went through a radical adaptation and now affects the creative architecture of the suburb.

History of the House Residents:
Kristl (Kryštof), a cutter, was most probably the first known owner of the house. The first documented owner of the house was in the 1590`s, Leopold Kulhan. His family resided there even in the first two decades of the 17th century.

Present Use:
Residential House
